Custom Orders

• Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Standard Products

• Non-custom items may be returned within 24 hours of receiving your package.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
