Processing Time (Turnaround Time)

• Our standard turnaround time (TAT) is 2–3 business days from the date your order is placed.
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Preorder Items

• If an item is listed as a preorder, the turnaround time will be different from our standard processing time.
• The estimated processing time for preorder items will be clearly stated in that product's description. Please review the listing before placing your order.

Shipping

• Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
• After your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please note that shipping carrier delays are beyond our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
